Conditions of Participation

Eligibility requirements for the Instagram-Sweepstakes of tervunia.de

1. The organizer of the competition is tervunia.de (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").
2. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Instagram, but the organizer. The information provided will only be used for the competition.
3. Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Participation in the competition takes place by following the Instagram account of the organizer TERVUNIAwithin the participation period. The participation period starts on 22.04.2023 at 00:00 and ends on 31.05.2023 at 23:59.
5. Each new follower during this period will receive a voucher worth €5 for the organizer's online shop, as a message in Instagram Messenger. The voucher is valid until 31.12.2023 and is non-transferable.
6. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
7. The legal process is excluded. A cash payment or an exchange of the winnings is not possible.
8. By participating in the competition, participants agree to these conditions of participation.

4. Participation in the competition takes place by following the Facebook account of the organizerTERVUNIAwithin the participation period. The participation period starts on 22.04.2023 at 00:00 and ends on 31.05.2023 at 23:59.

One competition does not exclude the other, so every new follower can receive a €5 voucher for following Facebook and Instagram.
